After placing my order I received an email for my order number and a notice saying I would be contacted to schedule a delivery time. I was called the following and was able to set a delivery time that worked for the delivery truck and myself. The delivery was punctual. I didn't have to sit around all day having to wait for my tile to be delivered. I couldn't wait for the travertine to be layed at my home. When it finally was, I was very pleased." Susan- Houston
