I originally thought I would have to wait a few weeks due to the fact that they get their travertine tile shipped from Turkey. I went around to the pick so they could load my truck with the tile. They did so very quickly. Plus they called me yesterday to make sure I was happy with the product. This company cares about it's customers, and stands behind their product..
