"I ordered multiple items about a month ago, my favorite is the torreon travertine stone or tile. I'm not sure of the entire correct name of the product. All I know is I love the way it looks in my home and the way the new look of my home makes me feel. I am sure that the name of the travertile tile was torreon. I enjoy interacting with people and am truly impressed when a company gives great customer service. I visited the Houston office and the customer service team and sales associate were wonderful. They showed me around the show room. They had so many beautiful things there. They answered all questions I had. it seems that the company did a great job at hiring people who love what they do. They just seemed so happy to be there. I've called them about half a dozen times asking various questions about the torreon stone and other travertine tile, and I receive the same great treatment with each person.
